The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 05.03.2024 passed by Sub Divisional officer, Shirdi, in Revision Application No. 140/2022, whereby order dated 29.03.2023 passed by Tahasildar, Kopergaon, in RASTA Case No. 35/2022 has been quashed and set aside and matter has been remanded back to Tahasildar, Kopergaon, for fresh decision on issues highlighted in order of Sub Divisional Officer. 2.

Apparently, Sub Divisional Officer by order dated 05.03.2022, directed the Tahasildar to decide proceeding afresh within a period of three months.

Mr. Dighe, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 956 WP 8493.2024.odt

2, submits that after remand of matter, both parties participated in proceeding before Tahasildar, however, it has been halted due to pendency of present Writ Petition.

In that view of matter, without going into merits of contentions raised by respective parties, Writ Petition stands disposed of with directions to learned Tahasildar to decide proceeding within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.
