The plans which have been sanctioned by the BMC makes the requirement of the NOC from the society necessary. The respondent no.1 agrees to hand over the plans as sanctioned by the BMC to the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner shall vai

907-WP-8499-2024.doc take appropriate instructions and make a statement in that regard by 1.7.2024. Till that time, the respondent no.1 is permitted to remove the debris in the apartment and carry out any interior work, except any structural changes of any nature whatsoever.
