The present petition can be disposed of in the light of what is stated by the Petitioner in paragraph No.6 of the affidavit dated 20th September, 2024 filed on behalf of the Petitioner and is so disposed of. 2.

In terms of paragraph No. 4 of the affidavit dated 20th September, 2024, the Petitioner shall issue the requisite NOC as per the draft NOC enclosed with the affidavit dated 20th September, 2024 within seven days from today.

So far as the permission for the proposed structure is concerned, the same shall be granted after placing the fresh documents which have been submitted by the Respondent No.1 before the Structural Engineer. The Structural Engineer shall give the necessary confirmation within a period of three weeks from today. The necessary documents to be submitted to the Structural Engineer within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that all works will be carried out by Respondent No.1 strictly in accordance with the permission which are granted or which may be granted. If the Structural Engineer makes a request for providing any additional documents, the Respondent No.1 to comply. Liberty to apply in case of any difficulty.

Petition is disposed of. No costs.
