2. Learned AGP seeks three weeks time to file the reply. The Reply must be filed and served on or before 31st July 2024.

3. The above order is made because Mr Anturkar learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submits that issue raised in this Petition is covered by the decision of a coordinate Division Bench in case of Divgi Metals Wares Pvt Ltd v Municipal Corporation of City of Pune.1

4. List the matter on 21st August 2024 at 2.30 pm for the final disposal at the admission stage."
