Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Mrs. M.S. Srivastava, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4. Mr. Bhushan Deshmukh, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.3.

The only relief sought by the petitioners is for consideration of their prayer for grant of stay in the revision application that has been preferred against the order dated 16th February 2024 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner.

In the light of the fact that the revision application has been filed on 1/2 905-WP-8517-2024.doc Dixit
25th April 2024, it is directed that the prayer for interim relief shall be considered on its own merit and the same be decided within a period of eight weeks from receiving copy of this order. The proceedings in the revision application are expedited.

All points raised on merit are kept open. Rule accordingly. No costs. 5.
