The learned counsel for the respondent - Bank submits that the petitioner has approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing a Securitisation Application.

We find that the prayers made in this Writ Petition can be made by the petitioner in the proceedings filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. It is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek necessary documents from the respondent - Bank by moving an application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. If such application is
