According to us, the Petition should have been filed in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. On 28 June 2024 learned Counsel for the Petitioner had taken time to examine whether the Petition will have to be filed in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) as the relief is sought against State, arising out of his service with the State. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petition may be disposed of as withdrawn as the Petitioner will approach the MAT. 3.
