Ms.Vyas, the learned Addl. G.P. appearing on behalf of the Respondents seeks 4 weeks time to file affidavit-in-reply to the above Writ Petition.

Acceding to her request, we direct that affidavit-in-reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 17th February 2025 and a copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Petitioner. We now place the above Writ Petition on board for admission on 18th February 2025. JANUARY 20, 2025 Utkarsh

In the meanwhile, and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties there shall be a stay to the operation and effect of the impugned order in Appeal dated 7th February 2024 subject to the Petitioner depositing in this Court a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- within a period of 3 weeks from today.

It is needless to clarify that if the deposit is not made within the aforesaid period, the stay granted today shall stand automatically vacated.
