The Petitioner's proposal with regard to considering the earlier services with a private aided school, for being added with the service rendered in the school run by the Zilla Parishad, is pending before Respondent No.3. The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3, submits that the proposal would be dealt with on it's own merit, strictly in accordance with the law, within a period of four months. 2.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
