Ms Yadav requests for time to file affidavit in reply. Mr. Jain states the petition was served way back in April 2024 and undertakes to file affidavit of service within two weeks from today. Mr. Jain also states even after this court granted circulation on 13th June 2024 respondents were informed. Ms Yadav states she was given the brief only this morning and that too petition copy was given by counsel for petitioner. Ms. Yadav undertakes to file vakalatnama and affidavit in reply and serve a copy thereof upon petitioner on or before 12th August 2024. In the affidavit in reply, respondent nos.2 or 3, whoever files the reply, shall explain the reason for not giving instructions to the advocate for the last almost three months. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are put to notice that if the reply is not filed and copy served within the time prescribed, the court may be constrained to impose Meera Jadhav

2/2 15-wp-8557-24.doc substantial cost to be recovered from their salary. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and copy served by 19th August 2024.

Mr. Jain states as of now petitioner has not received any communication threatening coercive action. Petitioner is at liberty to move for ad-interim relief, should respondents take or threaten any coercive action.
