A request is made on behalf of the learned Advocate Shri Swami for seeking an adjournment due to a personal difficulty. 2.

The learned AGP points out that the judgment of the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 18.03.2024, impugned in this Petition, has been considered by this Court at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.8172 of 2024 and the interim directions issued earlier, are continued from time to time. He further submits that a praecipe has been moved before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice through the learned Registrar for clubbing these matters, either at the Principal Seat or at the Aurangabad Bench. He submits that said matter will be listed on 23rd August, 2023.
