Prima facie, we find that the Stamp Officer who has issued a letter dated 21 March 2025 is in contempt of the specific directions of this Court in paragraph 3 of the order dated December 18, 2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. However, before we proceed to pass further appropriate orders in the context as noted above, awaiting compliance of our orders, we adjourn the proceedings to Thursday i.e. 3 April 2025 to be listed High on the Supplementary Board. 2.

There shall not be further extension in regard to the compliance as already the timelines as directed by this Court have expired. 3.
