Pursuant to the order dated 20th June 2024 as corrected on 21st June 2024,the learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered undertakings on behalf of the petitioner nos.1 to 4, 6 and 8 to 18 and 20. He is permitted to file the same with the Registry. He submits that petitioner nos.5, 7 and 19 have not filed any undertakings. Since the petitioners application for regularisation are pending with the Collector, Thane, it is directed that the said application be considered on their own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months of receiving copy of this order. The entire exercise would be subject to the undertakings filed on behalf of the aforesaid petitioners. It is clarified that since the petitioner nos.5, 7 and 19 have not filed any undertakings, they 1/2
