Further to this court's order dated 9th July 2024, Ms. Ostwal states that the Central Revenues Control Laboratory, New Delhi has issued a report dated 11th July 2024 bearing File No. 26-CUS/C-47/2024-25 (the said report), copy of which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Mr. Bhabhada states he has received a copy of the report. 2.
Ms. Ostwal states that in view the said report, the Customs Department will provisionally release the cargo subject to petitioner filing an end used bond in the prescribed format and within six months or such extended period as the proper officer may allow to produce the end used certificate for the goods imported under the subject bill of entry.
