This writ petition is circulated at the behest of the Registry. In the oral judgment dated 15 July 2024, in the title of the proceedings, inadvertently, reference to respondent no.3 has remained to be incorporated. Accordingly, include reference of respondent no.3-The Union of India, through the Revenue Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, North Block, New Delhi - 110001. Also in the appearances, the name of advocate Mr. Dharan is misspelt as "Dharen". The same be corrected as "Dharan".

The order be corrected accordingly and be made available to the parties.
