On 20 June 2024, learned advocate for the petitioners was absent and the writ petition was placed before this Bench on 27 June 2024 for dismissal. However, without pointing out order dated 20 June 2024, the learned advocate for the petitioners has moved Co-ordinate Bench having assignment of matters arising from Code of Civil Procedure for interim order. The Co-ordinate Bench, considering the merits of the matter, has issued notice to the respondents.

Without commenting on the validity or the legality of the impugned order, it is expected from the advocates appearing for the parties to go through the orders passed by the Court before mentioning the matters before the Co-ordinate Bench. The mentioning of the matter before the Co-ordinate Bench without

The papers are, therefore, to be placed before the Coordinate Bench having assignment of Code of Civil Procedure to consider the conduct of the petitioners and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
