By the impugned order, the Trial Court has allowed an application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908. The order being interlocutory in nature, it capable of being challenged under section 105 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 in case the decree goes against the petitioners. 2.

Keeping the question of the validity of the impugned order open to be agitated in first appeal, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
