Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent no. 2- Zilla Parishad, Solapur to fill the vacancy of Grampanchayat employees in terms of GR dated 2005. The petitioner made a representation to the Chief Executive Officer Zilla Parishad, Solapur on 30/01/2023 which is at page 31 of the paper-book. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite making specific representation and following the matter with due diligence, the

The present petition can be disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Solapur to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in the representation dated 30/01/2023 which is at page 31 of the paper-book and take the same to its logical conclusion. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Solapur to inform the petitioner about the outcome within a period of 4 months from the date when this order is placed on its record.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contention raised in this petition. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
