In the above matter, Mr. Rodrigues, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 had tendered a detailed Affidavit-in-Reply on behalf of Respondent No.1 (the National Testing Agency). He has also served a copy of the said Affidavit-in-Reply on the Advocate for the Petitioner in Court today.
