Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2-MSRDC states that the Petitioner has complied with the directions issued by this Court.

The learned AGP states that even the State Government has issued necessary instructions to the Gram Panchayats as was suggested in paragraph 9 of our order dated 21 August 2024. 5.

Accordingly, we close this proceeding. The State Government somehow not complied with our directions in paragraph 9. The learned AGP states that necessary circulars will be issued and produce before this Court within two months from today. State Government should also file a compliance report by 6 December 2024.

List the matter to consider compliance on 10 December 2024.
