**** Mr. Nitin Patil for the Petitioner in all petitions. Mr. A.C. Bhadang, AGP for the Respondent/State in all petitions. Ms. Bhavna Nirban i/b Ashwin Kapadnis for Respondent No.5/CEO Zilla Parishad.

**** CORAM : NITIN JAMDAR AND M.M. SATHAYE, JJ.

DATE : 24 JUNE 2024 P.C. :

.

The learned counsel appears for Respondent/Zilla Parishad on notice. The learned counsel states that copies are not received and seeks time.

3 11-19 WP-8662-24 grp.doc 2.

The Petitioners have challenged the order of termination dated 5 June 2024. The learned counsel for the Petitioners has relied on the order passed on 12 June 2024 in Writ Petition No. 5505 of 2024 and others (Aurangabad Bench) and states that interim reliefs be granted in their favour.

3.

The Division Bench has noted that final relief cannot be granted at the interim stage and if the Petitioners who are in employment as on that date and not been relieved, status quo shall be maintained.

4.

In the case at hand it is not clear as to whether the Petitioners are continued in service as of the date as all we have are the orders of termination on record which were issued one and half month ago. 5.

While we grant time to the learned counsel for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad to take instructions and file reply, we direct that the position as regards the Petitioners' services as of today be maintained till next date.

6.

Leave is granted to amend the petitions to correct the pleadings made in the petitions in respect of the order passed on 5 August 2022. Amendment to be carried out before the next date. Stand over to 19 July 2024.

(M.M. SATHAYE, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
