3 13-21 WP-8662-24 grp.doc CORAM : NITIN JAMDAR AND M.M. SATHAYE, JJ.
DATE : 8 AUGUST 2024 P.C. :
.
The learned counsel for the Petitioners has relied upon the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Aurangabad Bench) on 21 June 2024 in a group of petitions which we have referred to in the order dated 24 June 2024.
2.
The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the present Petitioners have identical facts as in the petitions before Division Bench (Aurangabad Bench) in which the Division Bench has set aside the order of termination and have reinstated all the Petitioners therein. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that a statement was made on behalf of the State Government, which is recorded in the order, that none of the Petitioners therein were supplied with the Investigation report and the Division Bench has found fault with the action of the Government on that count and has directed reinstatement.
3.
The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions as to whether the cases of the present Petitioners are identical to the ones before the Division Bench, as contended. Stand over to 14 August 2024. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
