However, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the dispute is already settled. If that is so PMB

501.wp.8672-2024.doc there is no question of the Petitioner to approach any competent forum. However, over and above the settlement if there is some dispute, it is open for the Petitioners to agitate the grievance before the competent forum. 5.

With this liberty, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
