By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated August 12, 2025, to correct errors. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In paragraph No. 3 of the Order, the date mentioned as "April 9, 2025" is corrected to read as "November 20, 2009".

In paragraph No. 5, the 2nd sentence is substituted with, "CIDCO and the Petitioner-Society are involved in Writ Petition No. 13136 of 2025, which is pending.". The last sentence of paragraph No. 5, "The restrictions on alienation.................. in its favour" be deleted. 4.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. 5.

The praecipe stands disposed of.
