We have heard this matter for quite some time even on the previous occasion. The Petitioner has filed an additional affidavit in rejoinder dated 6th December 2024. A copy of the same has also been served

on the advocates for Respondent No.6, on the advocates for the Airport Authority of India-Respondent No.3 as well as on CIDCO-Respondent No.4. 2.

Mr.Khandeparkar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6 state that they require time to deal with the aforesaid affidavit.

Acceding to their request, we direct that all parties who want to file any counter to the affidavit dated 6th December 2024 [filed on behalf of the Petitioner], shall do so on or before 27th December 2024 and serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Petitioner. 4.

All parties have agreed that since we have heard this matter substantially, the matter be treated as a part-heard. The parties have also agreed that in the event the constitution of this Bench changes or the assignment changes, the parties shall jointly apply to the Hon'ble Chief Justice (on the Administrative Side) to have the above matter assigned to this Bench.
