Before we decide the above Writ Petition, it would be absolutely necessary for the Airport Authority of India (Respondent No.3) to file an Affidavit in Reply to the above Writ Petition. We say this because what is challenged in the above Writ Petition is the rejection of the re-validation of JULY 11, 2024 Mohite

10 wp8684-24.doc the 2014 NOC granted to the Petitioner for development of his layout. This reply shall be filed by Respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocates for the Petitioner as well as all other Respondents.
