We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the Revenue has placed on record reply affidavit of Mr. Bashir Aziz Sayed, Income Tax Officer Ward 13(1), Pune dated 02 July, 2024. He has brought to our notice a rectification order dated 24 June, 2024 passed by the assessing officer. In view of the said order which annexes computation sheet of the assessee for the assessing year 2015-16 with 'Nil' tax to be paid by the petitioner, the demand as impugned by the petitioner itself would not survive.
