.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that the transfer of the Petitioner from Raigad Zilla Parishad to Pune Municipal Corporation is approved by both the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad and Municipal Commissioner of the Pune Corporation, however, the Administrative Officer (Primary), Pune Municipal Corporation- Respondent No. 5 is not issuing a direction. 3.
If both the authorities have already taken a decision in favour of the Petitioner, as contended, then it is a matter only of ministerial work of issuing the order.
