By our Order dated 25th June, 2024, we had disposed of the above Writ Petition. In the said order, we had directed that the selection process of two trustees of the 5th Respondent-Trust shall be held on 6th July, 2024 from 10.00 a.m. onwards. At the time when the selection process takes place, Mr. Paranjape, Observer-cum-Election Officer appointed by this Court, as well as Mr. Suraj. H. Parche, Election Officer of the Charity Commissioner, were to remain present, observe and supervise the selection process of the two trustees and file a report in this Court. The costs to be paid to Mr. Paranjape were to be fixed after he submitted his report to this Court. JULY 15, 2024 S.R.JOSHI

Today, when the matter has came up, Mr. Paranjape, the Court Observer-cum-Election Officer has filed his report dated 15th July, 2024. In this report, it is stated that one Mr. Suresh Gopinath Mhatre is selected as a Trustee from the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes candidates and Mr. Deepak N. Hulawale, is selected as a Trustee from the open category candidates. We take the said report on record and mark it 'X' for identification. The costs of the Court Observer-cum-Election Officer (i.e. Mr. Paranjape) shall be paid by the 5th Respondent-Trust, and which is quantified at Rs.50,000/-, within a period of one week from today, directly in the name of Mr. Paranjape.

In view of these directions, no further orders are necessary in the above matter which already stands disposed of by our Order dated 25th June, 2024.
