The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to examine whether the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5 as regards inter se seniority can be agitated before the Education Officer under Rule 12 of Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 and if so to take appropriate steps.
