The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken me through pages no.58 and 59 of the petition and submits that in the compromise land of 1 Hector 39 Are was allotted to the share of the petitioner from Survey No.१४१/अ and the said compromise was recorded on 17.03.2019. He has also taken me through page no.74-B Gaon Namuna Number 6, wherein it is indicated that the said land in the name of Satish Sahebrao Waghmare 1 Hector 2 Are stands deleted by virtue of the acquisition made by the Government. He submits that the Government has acquired the said property somewhere in the year 1985 and that the petitioner has not received the compensation in the said land. The learned counsel submits that he is even not aware, whether any compensation is paid in respect of the said land. He submits that the allotment of the land in १४१/अ of 1 Hector 39 Are is fraud played upon the petitioner as the land

2 33 was already acquired by the State, which is reflected in the Gaon Namuna No.6, in the year 2024, although, the acquisition was of the year 1985. He submits that in view of the same, the compromise stands vitiated.
