Heard Mr. Kishor G. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the parties arrived at an amicable settlement. A settlement deed was executed between them, which has been duly signed and verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Pursuant to the said settlement, the parties have also executed a sale deed, registered as Serial No. 666 in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Bhoom, on 20.03.2026. It is noted that the parties have expressly agreed that an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- has been paid by the respondents to the petitioner, and the petitioner acknowledges receipt of the same.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the settlement has been fully acted upon and implemented. Accordingly, no dispute or controversy survives between the parties.
