Since an objection to the maintainability of the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed on the Appellate Side has been raised for which the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 rely upon the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Shalini Shyam Shetty and Another Vs.
