Having heard the learned advocates for the respective sides, it is apparent that the Original Applicants are yet to be granted appointment orders. It is also undisputed that the Non-applicants have been issued with their appointments orders and they are in employment. Hence, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, status quo as existing today, shall be maintained.
