From the recitals of the orders passed by this Court on 25.02.2025, 18.09.2025, and 25.03.2026, it appears that the petitioner has continuously failed to cause appearance and to prosecute the petition. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the writ petition. Vide order dated 18.09.2025, the matter was kept for dismissal on 11.11.2025. It appears that thereafter, the matter was listed on 25.03.2026 in order to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Again, the matter was adjourned to today, either to hear the petitioner or for dismissal. Today, none appears for the petitioner.
