Heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and the learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.

It appears that the petitioners were enjoying interim protection during pendency of Revision before Sub Divisional Officer and now notice of execution is served upon them, by which execution of the impugned order is scheduled on 21.08.2024. 3.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.09.2024. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent nos.6 and 7. Mr. Shendurnikar, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.

Till then, status quo shall be maintained as on toady in respect of customary way.
