DATE : MARCH 11, 2026 ORDER :- Vide order dated 13.12.2024 interim relief was extended by this court putting a condition on the petitioners to take steps against respondent nos.4 and 5 within three weeks or else to face discontinuation of the interim relief. Office remark shows that the petitioners did not take steps within stipulated period against respondent nos.4 and 5. However, the office remark dated 10.03.2026 shows that notice issued to respondent nos.4 and 5 are served. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 would submit that the interim relief is discontinued.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it is merely a technical gap of discontinuation of interim relief.

As per the office record, notices issued to respondent nos.4 to 5 are served. Interim relief was granted by this court vide order dated 20.08.2024 after hearing learned counsel for the the petitioners as also learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 and learned AGP for respondent nos.6 and 7. In view of that, the interim relief granted vide order dated 20.08.2024 stands continued until further orders.

It is informed that this matter is circulated by learned counsel respondent no.1 without giving notice to learned counsel for the petitioners. Mr.Mane, learned counsel submits that Mr.M.M.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed leave note. 5.
