Pursuant to the order dated 18th July 2024, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions from the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Thane, submits that hearing of the proceedings arising from the representation/complaint made by the petitioner on 23rd February 2024 is now scheduled on 9th December 2024. He submits that within a period of three months from that date, the representation/complaint would be decided.

Accepting the aforesaid statement and directing the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Thane to act accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
