It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that under the policy dated 01/09/2022 only online applications could be made for seeking temporary permission for excavation of minor minerals. While the petitioner made an online application on 28/12/2023, the Respondent No.6 made an offline application on 02/01/2024. It is thus submitted that the application of Respondent No.6 could not have been considered. 2.

Keeping the objection with regard to the availability of alternate remedy open, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 18/07/2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent 1/2
