Since an alternate/efficient remedy of preferring an appeal under Rule 82 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue (Extraction and Removal of Minor Minerals) Rules, 2013 is available for challenging the order dated 06/03/2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with a further liberty to avail such remedy. He submits that within a period of one week from today he would prefer an appeal. If such appeal is preferred, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks after hearing all concerned parties. The time spent for prosecuting the writ petition in this Court shall be taken into consideration 1/2
