Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Only prayer made by the petitioners is for issuing a direction to the fifth respondent to take on record the petitioners' written note of arguments. There is no reason to deny this request. 3.

To facilitate the aforesaid, the following directions are issued: i) The petitioners through their representatives shall appear in the Office of Respondent No.5 on 08/07/2024 at 11: 30 am.

ii) They shall be permitted to place on record their written note of arguments in City Survey Appeal No.6405 of 2023. iii) The Respondent No.5 shall thereafter decide the proceedings in accordance with law.
