Leave to amend to implead Mr. Anis Abdul Kader Khan, husband of the petitioner who has expired during the pendency of this petition on 14 July 2025. Let the amendment be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the Court's attention to a detailed praecipe dated 22 September 2025 as filed, which sets out that the property in question was auctioned by respondent no.3 who has recovered the dues from respondent nos.4 and 5. It is also stated that respondent no.3 has also handed over a cheque to the petitioner's son since the petitioner has passed away during the pendency of the writ petition. Death Certificate of the petitioner is taken on record. It is, therefore, stated that the matter stands settled and further adjudication of the petition is not called for. 3.

Accepting the statement as made on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
