Heard learned counsel for respondent no.4. Respondent no. 4 is directed to file affidavit of assets which are in its possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a cancer patient and is in need of money.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 to 3 submitted that the properties have been attached and steps for auctioning the property have been taken. It is submitted that all steps for

Ingale 9-wp-8831-24.odt recovery of the arrears under the Recovery Warrant issued under Section 40(1) of the Real Estate dated 16/06/2023 in the complaint filed by the petitioner have been taken. 3.

In this view of the matter and as statement has been made that steps for recovery have been taken, to ascertain further progress, list the matter on 28/07/2025. In the meantime, the respondents to proceed with the recovery.
