The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the borrower had initiated proceedings for challenging the steps taken to recover the secure interest. Writ Petition (ST) No. 25194 of 2019 was however withdrawn by the borrower on 25th February, 2021. Despite aforesaid, the order dated 16th December, 2019 passed under Section14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has not been executed. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent No.1 to obtain necessary instructions. 3.
