DATE : 02 JULY 2024 P.C. :- This Petition is filed for a simplicitor direction of mandamus to Respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the Petitioner's caste claim within a time bound manner. Though we are not inclined to issue writ of mandamus without reference to pendency as it might prejudice other candidates who are equally placed and are waiting and their claim would be bypassed, since the learned AGP on instructions states that the Scrutiny Committee would take decision within a period of two weeks, we dispose of the Petition.
