1) The director of Respondent No.4 has filed a detailed Affidavit dated 9th August 2024, annexing therewith at page No.103, a list of eligible 22 slum dwellers of the Petitioner-Society.

2) Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3SRA submitted that, the concerned Authority will call for objections on the said list and will proceed further in accordance with the Circular No. 162, issued by the SRA Authority.

3) The Respondent No.4 in para No.9 of the said Affidavit has stated that, the Respondent No.7 has forcibly entered into rehab tenement of the Petitioner-Society.

4) Mr. Ugle, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.7 seeks time to take instructions in that behalf.
