A praecipe is moved by learned counsel for the Petitioners, for akn 1/2

Correction is sought by the Petitioners, pointing out that despite reference to the connected Writ Petition No. 16125 of 2023 and Writ Petition No. 16126 of 2023 in the order dated 2 July 2024, the directions to the Respondents not to process the papers for post retirement benefits without the leave of the Court, has remained to be incorporated in the order.

No objection is raised to the correction sought. Add the following paragraph as paragraph no. 4 in the order dated 2 July 2024: "4. The learned counsel for the Petitioners, proceeding on the basis that the Respondents may process the papers for post retirement benefits and disburse the amounts to the Petitioners, submitted that they should be restrained from doing so as it would affect the merits of the Petitioners' case. The Respondents to process the papers for post retirement benefits of the Petitioners only after seeking leave of the Court."

Rest of the order remains as it is. The order dated 2 July 2024 be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded on the server. 5.

Praecipe is disposed of.
