The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, there is non-compliance of the Section 48(8)(2) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before passing order of the penalty. It is his submission that, the vehicle in question was never produced before the Collector and his representative for verification which is mandate of law.

The learned AGP seeks time to respond to this submission. Time is granted, but as a last chance. In case no submissions are made in this regard supported by the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
