As the petitioner has already filed Special Civil Suit No.392/2022 before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, the mutation entry will be obviously governed by the decision in the said Civil Suit. It is settled position that mutation entry is not decisive of any right, title or interest in the property. 3.

In this view of the matter, the impugned order is not interfered, as the mutation entry is subject to outcome of Civil dispute.
