The petitioner prays for directions to the respondentauthorities to certify and record Mutation Entry No. 3670 in respect of agricultural land bearing Gat No. 570/3 situated at Village Bhamburdi, Tal. Malshiras, Dist. Solapur in the name of petitioner.

An affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.3 - The Sub-Divisional Officer, Akluj Division, Solapur. It is pointed out that against the order dated 10th March 2023 1/3

passed by the Additional Commissioner Pune Division, which is the basis for petitioner's claim that the mutation entry should be recorded in his favour, a revision application is filed before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister and the same is pending. Learned Addl. G.P. submitted that it is because of this pending revision, the order passed by the Additional Commissioner Pune Division could not be implemented.

It is open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedies for implementing the order passed by the Additional Commissioner in Revision Application No. 315 of 2019, if there is no stay granted to the said order in the revision application filed before the Honble Revenue Minister. We also request the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide the revision application pending before him as mentioned in paragraph XVII of the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.3 expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from 7th July 2025. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner to appear before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister on 7th July 2025 at 3.00 p.m. along 2/3

with copy of this order. If the petitioner is not a party to the revision application, it is open for the petitioner to make a request for impleadment.
